Yes. We set up on residential streets regularly for Sacramento block parties. The street surface needs to be flat and clear of parked cars in the setup area. Can you set up in an HOA common area or clubhouse lawn?

What do we need for a National Night Out event?
National Night Out is the first Tuesday of August. Sacramento temperatures are typically 95 to 105 degrees, so water entertainment is almost mandatory. A water slide, a bounce house for younger kids, and a concession machine (snow cones are the NNO favorite) cover most neighborhoods. Add an obstacle course or carnival games for larger NNO events.
